This contest is open to Canadian residents only. No purchase or account is necessary to enter or win.

Contest Details

The contest runs from June 09, 2026 to September 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The sponsor is 55 Rush Inc., which operates Fanpass, located at 300-174 Spadina Ave. Toronto, ON, M5T 2C2. The prize draw will take place on September 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time in Toronto, Ontario. By entering, you agree to follow these rules.

Who Can Enter

You can enter this contest if you are a legal resident of Canada who has reached 16 years of age.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you’ll need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these rules on your behalf.

You cannot enter if you are an employee, officer, director, or agent of 55 Rush Inc., Fanpass, or any contest partners, or if you live with someone who is. By entering, you agree to follow these rules and all applicable laws and to treat others participating in the contest with respect.

If there's a dispute about who submitted an entry, we'll consider it submitted by the person who owns the email address used. That means the person to whom the email address is assigned by the email provider or organization.

Prizes

Prize Description: The prize consists of two tickets to see Charli XCX. The winner will be allowed to receive two tickets to the following show:

Monday September 21, 2026 @ Scotiabank Arena in Toronto

Both tickets included in the prize will be for the same show.

Estimated Value: $1,000 CAD.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except at our sole discretion. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes if any and any costs not specifically included in the prize descriptions. We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if needed. By accepting a prize, you give us permission to use your name and image for publicity unless prohibited by law.

Prize Conditions: Tickets cannot be given or sold to someone else. If the prize ends up being worth less than the estimated value we announced, winners will not receive any money to make up the difference. However, we reserve the right to replace a prize or prizes with something of equal or greater value at any time if we remove the prize (either completely or partially) for any reason, or if it becomes unavailable (either completely or partially). The prize or prizes are subject to availability and other restrictions. By accepting a prize, you give us permission to use your name and image for publicity purposes unless this is prohibited by law.

Winners who are under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian come with them as their guest, or they must have written permission from their parent or legal guardian to attend the event. Any costs related to traveling to use the prize must be paid completely by the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest will need to sign a release form in order to participate in the prize. All expenses related to the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from the event, hotel stays, optional side trips and personal spending, additional expenses such as food and drinks, as well as any federal, provincial, territorial, or local taxes.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter this contest.

Method 1: Online Entry. Log in to a 55 Rush contest site with your 55 Rush account or create a new Fanpass account. To create a new Fanpass account you must provide a valid email, choose a password, and then provide your full name, birth date, and home postal code. You must also agree to receive emails from Fanpass but you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry or odds of winning.

Complete the contest entry form for the prize you want to enter and click enter to agree to the contest rules. You will receive one entry.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry. Write your full name, email address, phone number, complete mailing address including postal code, and signature on a plain white piece of paper no larger than 8.5 by 11 inches. Mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to Contest Administrator, Fanpass, 300-174 Spadina Ave. Toronto, ON, M5T 2C2. Write "Chance to win 2 passes to Charli XCX" in the attention line. You will receive one entry.

Entry Restrictions: You can only register once for this contest, regardless of which method you use. Each person gets only one account and one set of entries. Using multiple names, email addresses, or accounts to enter more than once is not allowed and may result in all of your entries being disqualified.

Extra Entries

You can earn up to 2,000 extra entries by completing specific actions during the contest period. These actions may include following social media accounts, sharing contest information, visiting websites, watching videos, completing surveys, or other activities posted on the contest website. Each completed action will award a specific number of extra entries.

If you prefer not to complete online actions, you can earn all available extra entries by mailing a request using the same format as the mail-in entry, but writing "Extra Entries" in the attention line instead.

Maximum Total Entries: You may not combine mail-in and online bonus entry methods. Each person is eligible for a maximum of 2,001 total entries, regardless of entry method.

How Winners Are Selected

On September 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time in Toronto, we will randomly draw one entry from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The person who owns the selected entry, and who is otherwise eligible to win, will be the selected winner subject to verification and compliance with these rules.

Your odds of winning depend on the number of entries you earn compared to the total number of eligible entries we receive.

Winner Verification Process

We will try to contact the potential winner by email within 24 hours of the draw. We’re not responsible if our email doesn’t reach you due to spam filters, security settings, or if your contact details are incorrect or outdated.

If we can't contact you, you don't claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, you don't correctly answer our math question, or you don't return the required forms, you'll be disqualified and we'll have the option to pick a new winner.

To be declared the winner, you must:

Correctly answer a math skill-testing question without any help.

Sign and return a legal release form within 24 hours of notification that confirms you followed the rules, accepts the prize as awarded, and lets us use your name and image for publicity.

If you're under the age of majority in your province or territory, your parent or legal guardian must give written permission for you to win and receive the prize, and must also sign the required paperwork.

If you can't meet these requirements, you'll be disqualified and we'll pick a new winner.

Prize Delivery

Your event tickets will be delivered electronically no later than 48 hours before your scheduled event.

Important Terms

Legal Stuff: This contest follows the Competition Act of Canada and all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws.

Checking Your Info: If you're chosen as a potential winner, we'll need to verify who you are and that you're eligible. If we can't verify you, we may need to draw someone else.

Technical Problems: We’re not responsible for technical issues beyond our control that may affect your ability to enter or participate in the contest.

Prize Rules: Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred to someone else. Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later or exchanged. We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if needed.

Content You Submit: If you submit content to earn extra entries, it must not contain hateful, offensive, or discriminatory material, or violate anyone's rights. We can review, edit, or remove any content you submit. You give us permission to use your content for promotional purposes.

Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to cheat, tamper with the contest, use automated systems to enter, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.

Contest Changes and Unexpected Events: We may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if circumstances beyond our control—such as errors, technical problems, fraud, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other disruptions—interfere with its fair and intended operation. We may also adjust dates and timeframes as needed.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree not to hold us or our partners responsible for any problems related to the contest or prizes, except where prohibited by law.

Disagreements: Any disputes about this contest will be resolved in Ontario courts, and by entering you agree to this.

Using Your Name and Image: By entering, you give us permission to use your name, photo, image, and any content you submit for promotional purposes without paying you.
